How do I change my password?

If you are a Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink/CTAZ, New North, Epix, or GVNI user, you can change your password by browsing to:

https://security.frontier.com/acctedit

Type in your Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink/CTAZ, New North, Epix, or GVNI e-mail address and your current Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink/CTAZ, New North, Epix, or GVNI password then click Log In.

Next, click Password. Type in your new password twice, and then click the Change Password button.

Tech Note: When changing your password, please keep in mind that this change will effect:
  1. Your e-mail client - you will need to change the password in the e-mail client's properties
  2. Your dialup or High Speed Internet connection
If you are using a dialup connection, you will need to change the password in the password box the next time that you connect to the Internet.

If you are a High Speed Internet customer, you may need to change the password within your router's firmware to maintain the router's connection to the Internet. If you are unsure how to go about this, please contact us via phone for assistance.
