Managing Spam > Frontier Anti-Spam

Will I be able to delete my Spam/Junk folder from the Frontier Mail site if my Anti-Spam option is set to Aggressive?

Yes, but only for your current Frontier Mail session. To be able to permanently remove the Spam/Junk folder from Frontier Mail, you will need to change your Anti-Spam action to None.

To change your Anti-Spam action, click the following link:

https://security.frontier.com/acctedit

Log in with your complete Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink, Newnorth, Epix, or GVNI e-mail address and password. Select Anti-Spam. You have the capability to change your preference to None.

Changing your preference from Aggressive or Moderate to None will allow you to delete the Spam/Junk folder permanently.
