How can I obtain a copy of my Safe and/or Block list?
If you utilized Frontier Anti-Spam prior to September 2007, you may have added e-mail addresses to a Safe or Block list. To obtain a text version of your Safe or Block list, perform the steps below.
The following are instructions for Internet Explorer 6. - Click to open your Internet browser and in the address bar, type in:
ftp://username@frontier.com
filling in the username@frontier.com space with your own Frontier, FrontierNet, Citlink/CTAZ, Newnorth, Epix, or GVNI e-mail address.
- When the window appears, log in by typing your User Name (the first part of your e-mail address). Type in your password. Click Login.
- Once you are connected to your FTP site, copy or drag your Safe list (safe.txt) or Block list (block.txt) to your desktop where you will be able to review the file's contents.

The following are instructions for Internet Explorer 7. - Click to open your Internet browser and in the address bar, type in:
ftp://ftp.frontier.com
If you are a FrontierNet, Citlink, Newnorth, Epix, or GVNI customer, use frontiernet.net, citlink.net, newnorth.net, epix.net, or gvni.com in place of frontier.com.
- From the window that appears, select the Page menu and then click Open FTP site in Windows Explorer from the menu that appears.
- Click File from the menu at the top of the window, and then click Login As...
- When the window appears, log in by typing your User Name (the first part of your e-mail address). Type in your password. Click Log On.
- Once you are connected to your FTP site, copy or drag your Safe list (safe.txt) or Block list (block.txt) to your desktop where you will be able to review the file's contents.

ftp://username@frontier.com
