How can I check my external account's e-mail from Frontier Mail?

When you retrieve your external e-mail messages, the messages and attachments are saved to the folder you specified when you configured your account information.

Messages from your external account are not automatically received in your Frontier Mail account.

  • If you configured the Inbox to be the folder to save the external account's messages, click Get Mail on the toolbar. Your Inbox folder is updated with all new messages including messages from your external accounts.

  • If you configured another folder for your external accounts, select that folder and click the Get Mail button from the toolbar. Messages are delivered to your folder.
