What steps do I need to perform to set up Frontier Mail on my Palm OS device?

Note 2: The instructions below are applicable for a Palm Treo 750p device. Other Palm models may vary with regard to their mail set up procedures; please refer to Palm's support site for instructions for your specific Palm model.

To set up Frontier Mail on your Palm device:

  1. From the Home screen, select E-mail.



  2. Select New.



  3. Enter and make the following selections:

    • Frontier for the Account Name.
    • Other for the Mail Service.
    • IMAP for Protocol.

    Select Next to proceed.



  4. Enter:

    • Your Frontier e-mail address in the Username field.
    • Your Frontier e-mail password in the Password field.

    Select Next to proceed.



  5. Enter:

    • your complete Frontier e-mail address in the Email Address field.
    • imap.frontier.com in the Incoming Mail Server field.
    • smtp.frontier.com in the Outgoing Mail Server field.

    Select Next.



  6. Select Done. That's it!
