No, Peace of Mind services are available to non-Frontier High-Speed Internet or Phone customers.


How will I be billed for Peace of Mind services? Back to Top
For existing Frontier Customers, you have the option to bill this purchase to your credit card, or have it added to your existing monthly bill.

For non-Frontier Customers, all services will be billed to your credit card. Please note that subscription services can be billed to your credit card in either 6 month or 12 month increments.

For Hard Drive Backup and Hard Drive Backup + Unlimited Tech Support products, there is an Early Termination Fee of $50 for all commitments. This ETF applies to each individual PC (up to 5) on the account. There is no set-up or installation fee for any Peace of Mind service.

Does the Hard Drive Backup service back up emails as well? Back to Top
If you are using a desktop mail client and have your emails stored on your hard drive then they will be included in your Hard Drive Backup service.


I have more than one computer at home, do I have to buy multiple service contracts? Back to Top
Yes... each service contract is good for a single PC only. The Hard Drive Backup application backs up the data on each PC separately so that each PC can be restored separately should the need arise.

With PC Security Check, an experienced Frontier Technician will verify that your Anti-Virus and/or Anti-Spyware software is installed correctly and up to date with the most recent version available.

For Hard Drive Backup, your PC must be running either Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 or Mac OS 10.4, 10.5, 10.6.

For PC Security Check and PC Tune-up, your PC must be running either Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Windows 7 and you must have a working Internet connection for a representative to remotely access your computer.
