Dear Valued Customers,

Recently there has been an increase in e-mail sent to our customers requesting their Frontier password and other account information; click here to view examples. We would like to take a moment to clarify our security policies.
  1. No representative of Frontier will ever ask you to disclose your password via e-mail.

  2. Frontier will always use a Frontier e-mail address when sending any electronic communication to our customers.

  3. Any e-mail that requires a RESPONSE or ACTION on your part will contain a phone number in case you have any questions or wish to confirm the validity of the e-mail. Please feel free to call if you're not sure the e-mail is from Frontier.
If you have recently shared your password with anyone posing as a Frontier representative in an e-mail, please immediately change your password in the Account Editor. Also, please verify that you have created all of the e-mail accounts listed in the Additional E-mail Addresses section of the Frontier Account Editor. Please remove any accounts you are not using or do not recognize.

Keep in mind that if you change your password:
  • you'll need to make an update to your e-mail program

  • if you are a High Speed Internet customer, you may have to reconfigure your modem in order to maintain your connection to the Internet.
